Tanna's Garamasala is a sweet/hot combination of eleven spices in delicate proportion. " We roast the whole pods, seeds or flakes of allspice, mace, cardamom, cloves, mustard, black pepper, coriander and cumin, then mix them together with ground cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg.
